Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

We offer free tracked shipping with no minimum order value. Review the final order total at checkout.

Processing time

Estimated processing is 1–3 business days after payment. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Your fountain ships from our partner warehouse with tracked delivery. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after shipping, following the processing period. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Destination, holidays, carrier delays and customs processing can affect delivery.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Customs & duties

For deliveries within the EU, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us with your order number and we'll resolve it – with a free reshipment or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away – we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
